As of Friday, May 15, 2020 The State of Virginia is allowing a number of non essential businesses to reopen with special procedures in place.  There are many unknowns & uncertainties with this pandemic.  I do know that I take my own health and those of my clients seriously. Please note, that I will not take same day clients, please try to make appointments within 24 to 48 hours in advance by calling, (540) 818 - 7181. Listed below are the additional precautions I will take for the foreseeable future:                                                                     

• I and my clients must wear face masks at all times.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• I own multiple face cradles and disposable face cradle covers.  I will not use the same face cradle in the same day with my clients. I will also be washing the face cradles with soap and warm water after each use.                                                                                   
• The massage table and all frequently touched surfaces (door knobs, towel heater, bathroom surfaces etc.) will be disinfected between clients.
• Depending on Weather, the Windows in the Office May be cracked.  I have an additional heater in the room to keep the room warm as the air circulates.
